How TenderSquare Work
· Any organization can effortlessly create its account, gaining access to a world of opportunities.
· Once registered, organizations can seamlessly explore registered organizations and available tenders.
· Organizations have the power to create new tenders, furnishing comprehensive information, documents, and customized form for participating organizations.
· Other organizations can express their interest in participating, initiating a collaborative process.
· Tender organizations can efficiently manage incoming participation requests, either accepting or rejecting them as deemed appropriate.
· Upon approval, participating organizations proceed to pay the participation fees securely through our platform.
· Once fees are settled, participants unlock a range of privileges, including access to tender documents, the ability to send inquiries, and real-time notifications for any updates or modifications.
· Participants can craft and submit their proposals with confidence and ease.
· Tender organizations can meticulously evaluate proposals and utilize our platform's feature to generate customized comparison sheets, facilitating informed decision-making.
· Once evaluations are complete, tender organizations can seamlessly award the tender electronically, marking a significant milestone in the process.
· Upon awarding, tender data, documents, and communications are securely archived for future reference between the involved parties, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Tendering Process
If you are an organization looking for tenders to participate in, you can find all posted tenders in the Tenders section. Use the filter and sort options to find the best match for your needs.
To view the main details of a tender, click on the tender name. If you find it interesting, click "Request to Participate" to seek approval from the Tender Organization
Note: All subsequent actions can be performed by clicking on the tender name and selecting the desired action.
The Tender Organization will receive your participation request and either approve or reject it after reviewing your company profile.
Note: To manage incoming and outgoing requests, click on "Requests" in the top bar.
Once your participation request is approved, the Proposing Organization must pay a participation fee. This will enable the Proposing Organization to:
- View tender documents and previously submitted Requests for Information (RFIs) from other participating organizations
- Send RFIs to the Tender Organization, which they will respond to
- Receive notifications about updates to tender information, documents, or RFIs submitted by other participants
- Create and submit their proposal
When the Proposing Organization are ready to submit their proposal, go to the tender page and click "Create Proposal." Fill out the form provided by the Tender Organization, indicate whether all items are included or if there are any exclusions (if allowed by the Tender Organization), confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions, and click "Endorse Proposal" if you are a permitted user account.
Note: You can save your proposal as a draft to be endorsed later by a permitted user account.
